Mr. Turner is a 1990 graduate of the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and received his Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University in 1986. Mr. Turner obtained expertise in tax matters as a tax consultant for Deloitte, Haskins and Sells. Mr. Turner is licensed to practice law in all Federal and State Courts in the State of Utah, the 10th Circuit Court of the United States Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Claims and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Turner focuses on real estate, wills, trusts, tax and probate practice.
