Ryan M. Springer

Ryan M. Springer is a trial attorney with over two decades of experience in representing clients in medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. A graduate of the University of Utah (B.S.) and Brigham Young University (J.D.), Ryan has a long-standing track record of successfully helping clients from pre-litigation through trial and appeal, having secured tens of millions of dollars in compensation for injury victims and their families.

Ryan’s current practice focuses on nursing home and long-term care neglect, where he advocates for the rights of elderly and vulnerable individuals who have suffered harm due to institutional failures and substandard care.

He is an active member of the Utah Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the AAJ Nursing Home Abuse Group. Ryan has appeared in Super Lawyers and Super Lawyers Rising Stars in the field of medical malpractice and has been repeatedly named among Utah’s Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine. 

Ryan previously served on the Utah Supreme Court Advisory Committee for Civil Jury Instructions and currently serves as a peer mentor with Lawyers Helping Lawyers. In addition to his professional practice, he volunteers with a nonprofit organization serving individuals who are transitioning from homelessness, incarceration, and addiction recovery.
