John P. Lowrance is a founding partner of EISENBERG LOWRANCE LUNDELL LOFGREN, LLC. John’s practice focuses exclusively on personal injury matters, the majority of which involve motor vehicle accidents. John’s experience ranges from having successfully resolved multiple seven figure cases to Small Claims Court cases. John is a champion of fighting hotly contested “minor impact soft tissue” (MIST) claims through the litigation process. John is a fluent Spanish speaker.
When not practicing the law, John can be found with his wife Traci and their three children (Hallie, Kacie and Cole). Life for the Lowrance family revolves around competitive dance and sports schedules of the kids.
John serves as a member of the Board of Governors and on the Legislative Committee for the Utah Association for Justice (UAJ), formerly the Utah Trial Lawyers Association (UTLA). John is the current chair of the UAJ Legislative Committee. Through his volunteer service with the UAJ, John was named “Board Member of the Year” – 2014, “Rising Star” – 2013, and “Legislative Titan” – 2013. John has also been recognized by his peers as “Legal Elite” and a “Super Lawyer”.
